A Message from our VP Philanthropy
Hey y’all! My name is Izzy Michaud, and I am the Vice President of Philanthropy for Alpha Gamma Delta at the University of Alabama! One of the many special things about Psi Chapter is our heart for service and desire to better the community we are placed in. Internationally, Alpha Gamma Delta’s philanthropic efforts focus on fighting hunger worldwide and providing support to those affected by food insecurity. Through our international partnerships with Meals on Wheels and Feeding America Programs, we have the opportunity to make a hands-on impact that reaches beyond Tuscaloosa. Additionally, we have the privilege of serving the University of Alabama and greater Tuscaloosa community by volunteering to deliver meals through Meals on Wheels, helping out at The West Alabama Food Bank, and packaging meals during 5th Quarter. This year marks Psi Chapter’s 100th year on campus, and we are excited to celebrate by giving back to the community that has given us so much the past century. It is a great honor to serve this chapter, and I am so excited to watch our passion for serving our community continue to flourish and grow over this next year.
