Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 cup Oats
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 cup Coconut
1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Crushed Pecans
Dash of Cinnamon
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine well. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for around 30 minutes, and then form them into tablespoon-sized balls. Perfect for a healthy snack to keep around the house!
